Changes to order
Once an order has started changes may not be possible.
Spellings and dates will be deemed correct. Please double check the information you are providing before placing your order.
Returns and refund policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, there is no legal obligation for a retailer to cancel a bespoke order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.
It is solely at the discretion of Second Star Memory Bears to issue a partial or full refund in the highly unlikely event that an item is deemed to be faulty.
Second Star Memory Bears ARE NOT responsible for items lost by Royal Mail.
All items are shipped using a tracked/signed first-class service (or special delivery if requested).
Please provide correct address for return shipping.
Once your order has been received, I will forward the address to post your clothing to via email.
Please ensure your clothing is posted within 14 days of ordering or your order will be cancelled and a refund will be automatically issued.
