So writing a review isn't anywhere close enough to the appreciation of these bears!!! And the amount of smiles and tears they bought to my family this Christmas! Ellie, I take my hat off to you I really really do!! You deserve the world and more for making so many people happy with your talents! I could never pay you back or no amount of money could ever really show how much these bears mean to us and how much they are cherished and loved! What an amazing service what an amazing lady! What amazing quality! What an amazing way to feel close to a loved one and Ellie really does go above and beyond!! I have just received my two bears today. One from my mum‘s clothes and one from my dad. I don’t know where to begin, I’m completely overwhelmed, they are perfect. My bears were fantastic. I ordered 4 altogether and had a few explanations of the materials to be used. Ellie was a wonderful lady. She listened to everything I asked and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her.

I would recommend this lady and her company to everybody, not just for the product but the customer service and care from start to finish was second to none. I cannot recommend Ellie enough, from the first contact to receiving my bears she has been so lovely and very quick at responding to messages. Very professional but so friendly. Her work and attention to detail is second to none and she listened to everything I wanted and made the bears just perfect. After months of looking for the right person to make me a Memory Bear from the 3 pieces of clothing I had kept from my Dad I stumbled across Ellie. Cannot recommend Ellie enough, was an absolute pleasure working with Ellie on our little family of 5 memory bears. She was so patient and understanding and really accommodating with some special requests I had due to some disabilities in the intended recipients. Ellie had some wonderful ideas and perfect solutions that worked brilliantly. she was so sensitive when working with precious clothes which were very special to us. This has been such a hard thing for me to do. I was panicked about sending my dad's precious rugby shirts but Ellie was so supportive & fully understood - she waited patiently for me to be able to do it & BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!!

Ellie let me know when she had received the shirts & kept them safe until my slit. She kept me in the loop & asked me exactly how I wanted them doing guiding me with her questions.

Well what can I say the two memory bears are absolutely amazing. They exceeded my expectations, they are the nicest bears I have seen and just a perfect comforting memory of my mum. So, I found Ellie on Facebook and having recently lost my dad, wanted a keepsake to treasure for my dad's five grandchildren. I already had some of my mum's clothes from when she passed away 6 years ago.

I turned up at Ellie's with bags of clothes and this is where the magic happened, she made 5 bears using both my mum & dad's clothes, wow, each one is slightly different but unique in their own special way, the children love them dearly and I can't thank Ellie enough, what an amazing lady to be able to do what she does, each bear has a very special place in our hearts and we will treasure them forever, so Ellie from the bottom of our hearts 'Thank you so so much'

Received my bears this morning Ellie they're beautiful I have cried a river today when I seen them. Thank you so much. When I initially contacted Ellie through Facebook, to order a bear, she was quick to reply and was really friendly and helpful and she completed my order promptly too. I collected my bear from Ellie today and am absolutely delighted with it. The bear was skilfully crafted and the materials, I provided, were used creatively.

He has so much character with his beautifully crafted shirt and tie and his beaded eyes and black snub nose and reading glasses that make him appear so lifelike. I love the extra attention to detail too, as he has been given a love heart in his shirt pocket which is made in a contrasting material to his shirt and decorated with a button and he also, has his name embroidered on one of his feet.

Thank you so much for my large memory bear. The bear arrived perfectly packaged and signed for which is a lovely security to know that it will arrive securely. It was presented in a clear bag and star tissue paper and lovely bow. It turned out better than I could of ever imagined. The detail in the stitching and the craftsman ship is amazing. Even down to the detail of the cardigan which is lined. The bear is super cuddly and the embroidery on the feet is lovely also in my Nanna's favourite colour. The main thing which was always important to me is that bear still smells of my Nanna. Nothing during this whole process was hard, nothing was too much and I am really really pleased with the bear.

Such a friendly and caring service. Ellie is a lovely person who understands your needs perfectly. She took my cherished cardigan that was my Dad's and made it into a perfect teddy that I can love forever. Just received my memory bear and she's absolutely beautiful. I didn't have any clothes that I could use so worked with Ellie to choose fabric of gran's favourite colours. This bear means so much and will be part of our wedding day in 3 weeks. I have had a few bears from Ellie and I genuinely feel she puts a piece of her heart into every single bear.

Ellie made me and my young daughter two special bears from our wife and Mums clothing that we sent her. Both bears (one jointed and one 'normal') are made amazingly well and are made even more personal by the embroidery on the paws that I wanted. Hence, they are extra special and so comforting to have. All dealings with Ellie were a pleasure and so easy. I would highly recommend these lovely bears to anyone who wants a unique personal keepsake of their late relative or special person to cherish forever.

Ellie your work is fabulous to detail I would highly recommend you to family & friends near and far. You definitely take care and pride in your work as it shows with the end item all finished and even packed away ready for bears to be back where they belong.
