How to Place an Order

First step
- Choose style of bear (Classic 18" / Classic 22" / Jointed / Mohair). See here for prices.
- Choose accessories (eg. Collar & Tie, Pocket Heart, Scarf).
- Choose embroidery.
Place your order
- Pay £20.00 deposit.
- Post your clothing by recorded delivery to the address that will be provided.
- Please remember to provide a return address.
What happens next?
- Pay the remaining balance when contacted (Please note that a shipping cost will apply at Royal Mail 1st class signed for current rates).
- Second Star will post your bear(s) by Recorded Delivery, and send you the Tracking information.
